I just noticed I have'nt been giving you enough comments. >_<
Welll. I like this pic overall, but I skimmed over some of the comments, and I also think that her nose looks a little off. I'm guessing it's because you put a bit too much shading in her nose's shadow, and near the bottom, her nose looks too upturned. It looks a bit unnatural because most people with upturned noses have small noses.
I think the reason why her lips look a little funny is because that little indent above her lip is too prominent, it make her lips look bigger than they really are.
I also notice that the pink of her eye is showing too much, especially the eye that's turned away from the POV. On that eye you wouldn't see much showing.
Another thing I notice is the type of face that you make in most of your pics. On most you pics, the person has an elven quality to their face structure.(If that makes sense)Their faces look windswept.
I'm thinking that's all I had to say....
